Far East Bunkering Services (Melaka) Sdn Bhd (“FEBS”) formerly known as Far East Jetty Sdn Bhd is an associate company of Far East (Melaka) Sdn Bhd (“FEM”), whom is entrusted to spearhead the international multipurpose deep sea port and cruise terminal in Melaka by the State of Melaka under the Melaka Waterfront Economic Zone (M-WEZ).
FEM is an associated company of Linbaq Holding Sdn Bhd (“Linbaq”), whose primary businesses includes Property Development and Construction, supplemented by Solutions and Trading Arm. Linbaq has multiple developments in Iskandar Malaysia with a total Gross Development Value of RM3.7 billion.
FEM, through its Chairman is also an associated company of Milux Corporation Berhad, a well-known public listed company with 50 years of experience in the business of manufacturing kitchen appliances, enamel products and electrical household.
FEBS has been granted the operating license by Melaka Port Authority to operate and manage the special purpose anchorage area for bunkering activities within Malacca Port Limits.

Datin Wira Lee holds a Master of Business Administration from Raffles University, Johor. She is currently a director for multiple companies including Infinite Homes Sdn Bhd, Linbaq Education, Tun Perak Holding Sdn Bhd, Hang Tuah Holding Sdn Bhd, Linbaq Construction Sdn Bhd, Reunion Foundation, Ling Consultancy & Management Pte Ltd (Singapore), Sel Ideal (M) Sdn Bhd, Linbaq Consultancy & Marketing Sdn Bhd and Linbaq Holding Sdn Bhd.

Datin Wira Lee is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with expertise in management. Datuk Shahrull Allam Shah Abdul Halim was the CEO of Johor Port Berhad. Prior to joining Johor Port, he was the Deputy CEO of Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn Bhd. He also served as Senior General Manager, Corporate Division for Port of Tanjung Pelepas and had direct responsibility over several key departments.

Datuk Shahrull Allam Shah Abdul Halim had served with the Government of Malaysia from 1985 till 1998, holding several key positions initially at the Department of Fisheries and subsequently at the National Security Council, Prime Minister’s Office. His main responsibilities then included Maritime Affairs, Law of the Sea Convention including maritime boundaries and the strategic aspects of the overlapping area in South China Sea. In addition, through the National Maritime Council, he was also responsible for navigational safety matters and protection of the marine environment especially pertaining to national sovereignty and integrity.

Datuk Shahrull Allam Shah Abdul Halim had also served as Malaysia representative at the International Seabed Authority under the International Law of the Sea as well as being a key member of the Malaysian delegation on issues relating to Maritime boundary delineation and involve in ASEAN Working Committee on South China Sea maritime disputes. During his tenure at the Department of Fisheries, he was part of the pioneer team in setting up Malaysia Marine Parks.

Datuk Shahrull Allam Shah Abdul Halim holds a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Marine Science from the University of Agriculture Malaysia and a Certificate of Exclusive Economic Zone Management (United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea) from the International Ocean Institute of Malta.

Datuk Khoo is a Chartered Accountant, FCCA, Member of The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) and Associate of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (ACTIM), and was previously involved with one of the 4 biggest auditing firms in the world. His auditing experience stretches to multinational companies including Nestle Group, ICI Paints Group, OYL Group, KUB Group and other KLSE-listed corporations in Malaysia. He was able to extract and combine all the benefits and successes of those multinational companies as well as recommend them appropriate service channels.

Datuk Khoo is also very skilled in secretarial work, internal control, auditing, due diligence & investigative work, taxation, procedures, accounting policies and standards i.e. MASB and FRS. He leads and guides companies in becoming well-controlled, structured organisations.

Muhamad Razi Hashim

Head, Corporate Services & Business Development

Muhamad Razi Hashim is the Head of Corporate Services and Business Development for Far East Bunkering Services (Melaka) Sdn Bhd. Prior to joining Far East Bunkering, he was the Assistant General Manager, Finance and Investment for Kumpulan Prasarana Rakyat Johor Sdn Bhd (“KPRJ”) a Government Link Company of the State of Johor. Razi was appointed as a member secretariate of KPRJ Transformation 2022 (KT22) in 2021. Prior to his appointment in KPRJ, he served as Assistant General Manager, Business Development for Digital Johor Sdn Bhd.

Razi had also served several companies within MMC Group from 2001 till 2018 namely Pelepas-Brigantine Services Sdn Bhd (2001 till 2009), Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn Bhd (2010 till 2015), Cranetech Global Sdn Bhd (2016 till 2017) and SPT Services Sdn Bhd (2017 till 2018), holding several key positions within Finance and Corporate Services Department.

Razi holds a Bachelor of Art (Hons) Accounting and Finance from Leeds Metropolitan University, United Kingdom.

Aqeef Azuddin

Executive, Legal

Aqeef Azuddin is the Executive, Legal for Far East Bunkering Services (Melaka) Sdn Bhd. Prior joining FEBS, Aqeef has been entrusted to assist in various business developments locally and internationally with GMS Management (Ltd). Experiences with companies of various background further propelled him in corporate world, including ensuring company’s compliance with laws and regulations together with acting on behalf of the company where necessary.

Current undertakings include company’s legal responsibilities as well as stakeholders’ management to ensure successful delivery of any projects entrusted.

Aqeef holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from University of Liverpool, United Kingdom. He received further training in law firm to specializes in legal matters particularly corporate, construction and conveyancing matters.
